My indoor herb garden is thriving,...Perfect timing! My indoor herb garden is thriving, and I have more basil, oregano, peppermint, parsley and cilantro than I can keep up with! In the past I've had nothing but bad luck trying to dry ANYTHING without it turning moldy, brown or slimy. (I was using a method that involved drying the stalks in paper bags.)
