I made it in my largest bowl and the bowl was empty after dinner. I kept getting comments on how yummy the salad was. :D thanks for a great recipe.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11944565.post-90472660303226878512008-07-31T06:30:00.000-05:002008-07-31T06:30:00.000-05:00The bok choy in the CSA share is still going stron...The bok choy in the CSA share is still going strong!
I made this salad last week while picnicking at my folks' pool! I toasted the walnuts and put most of the dressing ingredients in one of my bento containers for transport.
I felt silly sitting on the lanai whisking cream, but the salad was so fresh and cool and crunchy it was worth it.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11944565.post-70135865826671988022008-03-07T12:59:00.000-06:002008-03-07T12:59:00.000-06:00I always saute my bok choy and had forgotten how g...I always saute my bok choy and had forgotten how good it is salad. In fact, I have some in my fridge. When I have it in salads, I always blanch for a minute or so. I know this makes it less crunchy, but for all of the cruciferous vegetables it seems to make them easier to digest (for me).Lydia (The Perfect Pantry)https://www.blogger.com/profile/18005372315838352874noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11944565.post-66471224150794756172008-03-04T08:08:00.000-06:002008-03-04T08:08:00.000-06:00Looks so good Alanna.
