Like yours, it's not fancy but great anyway! Talk about quick and cheap and not too heavy for when it's too hot to eat. I just slice fresh, cold Romas or other juicy tomato, drizzle Newman's Own Olive Oil & Vinegar, and add generous amounts of shredded sharp cheddar and ground black pepper.
