Try any one (or all three!) of this trio . The first is low-cal and made with buttermilk and balsamic vinegar. The second is a traditional balsamic dressing, the second my favorite dressing, never the same twice and perfect for creative, hmmm-I-bet-this-would-be-good home cooks.
