You know what...I'll just give you the recipe I use (found it somewhere...didn't make it up myself):<BR/><BR/>Honeyed Carrots<BR/><BR/>3 tbsp. butter<BR/>4 cups sliced carrots<BR/>3 tbsp. orange juice<BR/>1 tsp. salt<BR/>1/4 tsp. ginger<BR/>4 tbsp. honey <BR/><BR/>Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Cover and cook over low heat 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serves 6. <BR/><BR/>I don't use butter. I just cook the carrots in water first and drain. Then I add all the other ingredients to the carrots and let simmer a bit. I don't usually like carrots to be quite honest (not at all), but I LOVE these. <BR/><BR/>By the way, new commenter here, but THANK YOU SO MUCH for your website.
