Maybe add a bit of cumin and coriander? Such a fun dish to play with! I sauteed the onions, etc first, then cooked it at high pressure for 3 minutes, then put the honey on it and finished it in the oven for 15 minutes. It was fabulous. Thanks for a great recipe. I love your site and use it often. (I also used much more fresh ginger and it didn't overwhelm it at all, but I do love lots of spices.)belleplainehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09732101397243159980noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11944565.post-6574582460177896812010-02-03T19:39:42.703-06:002010-02-03T19:39:42.703-06:00Yikes, this sounds so good and chock full of good ...Yikes, this sounds so good and chock full of good nutrition! My tagine tops (and bottoms) chip and crack every now and then, but it makes me feel closer to the nomads who wander the desert, tagines carried on horseback or camels, and the wonderful stews they cook under the stars at night.Lydia (The Perfect Pantry)http://www.theperfectpantry.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11944565.post-29979993948599296372010-02-01T10:01:32.207-06:002010-02-01T10:01:32.207-06:00Wow....sounds very delicious!
