How much green onion did you have, once it was chopped? Maybe 1/2 cup?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11944565.post-46387341535069408462012-04-18T17:07:04.585-05:002012-04-18T17:07:04.585-05:00Alanna,

I am 43, in early menopause, and have recently been scolded by my doctor for not getting enough fiber in my diet. "You must eat more veggies!" How dare she? No, really, she is more than right because it seems every veggie I love is actually a fruit. Anyway...while doing research to increase my fiber I came across this blog and it made my day! I actually found veggies that are high in fiber that I like and recipes to go with them. My hat is off to you my friend. I will be visiting often.Kristinnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11944565.post-50105711430987988632012-04-18T10:00:00.478-05:002012-04-18T10:00:00.478-05:00Hey, I'm coming over to your side of the room!...Hey, I'm coming over to your side of the room! I like sweet muffins OK, but so many are so huge and so over-the-top sweet. Savory is a great idea, and I love sweet potatoes. I've already got ideas for how I'll spice them up! Great tip on turning the cutting board when you're dicing hard-to-cut stuff like sweet potatoes. I wish I had thought of that! Nice post - thanks.Kitchen Riffshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09334461438904669081noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11944565.post-21820804221014944212012-04-17T13:08:32.294-05:002012-04-17T13:08:32.294-05:00They sound annd look delicious..
