And now for this week's tip:
How to Eat More Vegetables
TIP #9Move on. If you try a vegetable and don't like it, no problem, move on, there's another. Life's too short to eat stuff we don't like when there are plenty more choices. Besides, didn't your mother make you eat [name the worst one ever] canned spinach, creamed corn, overcooked asparagus and don't you still hate that one thing?
AND YOU? What about you, would this tip work for you personally or perhaps for your children? And -- trust me, beginning next week, I'll share alternatives to moving on.
TIP #10
Coming next week!

This post cracked me up! My husband loves canned spinach -- topped with red wine vinegar. Our kids complain heartily when he makes it, they can't stand the smell. And, I hate canned spinach. It is certainly one of those foods that I can't image liking.

Great tips. Thanks for sharing!
Over this past year, I've made a point of re-trying vegetables and fruits I was positive I didn't like. There are some that are still deep in the column of "No, thank you!" and others I've been surprised they taste much better than my memories allowed. I do find that roasting makes any "iffy" vegetable DELICIOUS!!!
